Tania helps pre-diabetic women lose weight, manage stress, and curb sugar cravings without restrictive dieting. After 30 years in the banking industry, she realized that her true passion lies in nutrition and wellness. Seeing friends and family struggle with weight, sugar dependence, and chronic stress inspired her to coach clients in creating sustainable habits and lasting lifestyle changes, allowing them to live healthier, fuller lives. Diets Don't Work

Ever since high school, I’ve been passionate about nutrition. What began as a way to improve my own lifestyle became deeply personal when my brother was diagnosed with prediabetes, after already struggling with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Despite taking medication for these conditions, he continued to experience stubborn weight gain, chronic stress, poor sleep, and constant fatigue, often reaching for sugary snacks late at night for comfort. He tried fad diets, strict calorie restriction, and various quick-fix programs, only to regain the weight each time, leaving him stuck in a frustrating cycle.

He began to understand that if he didn’t make meaningful changes to his lifestyle and habits, his health would continue to decline, progressing from prediabetes to type 2 diabetes and potentially leading to serious complications such as heart disease, stroke, kidney damage, and nerve problems. He realized that his diagnoses, combined with a poor lifestyle, were powerful drivers of future health issues. These were clear warning signs of deeper imbalances in his body, and he knew that ongoing inflammation, fatigue, and weight gain would only worsen over time. That realization became the foundation for his lasting transformation.

That’s when we started working together. We focused on small, sustainable shifts in his nutrition, stress management, sleep, and daily movement. He quickly discovered that lasting weight loss isn’t about strict diets or extreme calorie cuts, it’s about making intentional, everyday choices that add up to real, lasting change. By addressing the root causes, especially lifestyle-driven inflammation, his body began to respond.

He started walking every day, sometimes several times a day. Gradually, he replaced late-night sugary snacks with healthier options he genuinely enjoyed and improved his diet in a way that felt sustainable, not restrictive. His mood improved, his energy increased, and the weight finally began to come off. He lost 11 pounds, and at his next doctor’s visit, his blood pressure was in the healthy range. For the first time, he felt empowered, knowing he could improve his health without extreme diets or constant struggle.
