To make:
1/2 c rolled oats
2 T ancient seed mix (Trader Joe’s)
1/2 T chia seeds
1 c almond milk, unsweetened vanilla (New Barn)
1/2 T chai tea mix (TJ’s – orange round tin container)
Sprinkle of cinnamon ✨

Place all ingredients in a small mason jar β€’ shake well to mix β€’ refrigerate for at least 8 hours (get your πŸ’€) β€’ top with crushed slivered almonds + banana slices β€’ enjoy!

To Make:

Use 1 packet of BetterOats (bare) + 1/2 t. ground cinnamon + hot water.

Next, stir in 1 T. almond butter (whole foods) β€’ top with 1/2 peach + 1 yellow kiwi + fresh pineapple slices + tiny finger grab of sliced almonds, crunched. πŸ˜‹πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Not your average [American] oats πŸ™ŒπŸΌ πŸ˜‹ // How did I not think to add GY (greek yogurt) to my oats for some extra protein & creaminess until today?! // Also, unplanned red, white & blue American theme going on here, but perfect way to start flag day! 😍 πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ πŸ‘πŸΌ

  • 1/4 cup ancient grains oatmeal from TJ’s (the best oats)
  • 1 T. Fresh almond butter (whole foods — freshly ground in produce section)
  • 1 splash of nonfat (0%) milk
  • 1 t. ground cinnamon
  • 1 small spoonful of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 fresh cherries (pitted) + blueberries + sliced almonds

Directions β€” place oats in a bowl β€’ add cinnamon β€’ add splash of H2O β€’ mix in AB β€’ add GY and milk β€’ stir until even consistency β€’ microwave for ~30ish sec β€’ top with fruit + nuts! 😌
