To Make:
1 banana cut in half β€’ topped withΒ @siggisdairy mixed berry & acai 0% milk fat yogurt β€’ dried goji berries β€’ dried white mulberries (so racist, I know) β€’ blueberries β€’ sprinkle of black chia seeds (their lives matter too) β€’ small drizzle organic honey 🍯

Mug cake in full leaning-tower-of-delicious-pisa effect! πŸ’£Β 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 T. Rolled oats
2 T. Vanilla protein powder (I used pure protein 100% whey)
2 T. Soy flour
1 egg
1 T. Almond butter (trader joes crunchy – no salt)
1/2 T. Cocoa powder
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/4 t. Baking powder
Dark chocolate chips & leftover GY dip
Directions: spray coconut oil inside of mug β€’ place all dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl & stir β€’ add egg, almond butter, and milk β€’ mix well β€’ pour batter into mug β€’ microwave for 2 minutes β€’ add dark chocolate chips on the top of cake β€’ microwave for another 30 seconds β€’ take out mug & flip over on a plate (be careful of hot mug) & remove β€’ sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top & add a dollop or two of my yummy cinnamon GY dip

This Recharge smoothie is just what I needed for a productive day ahead:

  • 1 scoop Javapro protein powder [espresso]
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 🍼
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (I didn’t quite fill it to the top)
  • 1 frozen small banana 🍌
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract [@simplyorganicfoods]
  • Dash of iced black coffee [bux] β˜•οΈ
  • Handful of ice

Blend until smoothie πŸ˜‹ my ninja blender is the πŸ’£
Top with a small sprinkle of cacao nibs

The most delicious dip + sweet snack ever! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ 😜 // 1 pink lady apple sliced (sprinkled with cinnamon) + greek yogurt dip + dark chocolate chips. 🍎 🍫
To Make Dip β€”

Use a small bowl β€’ place 2 spoonfuls of nonfat plain GY β€’ add 1 T. Almond butter (whole foods) β€’ mix until homogenized β€’ refrigerate or eat immediately (I always eat this dip ASAP 😏 … either way, it is very tasty).

I have also tried this dip using vanilla yogurt which gives it an extra rich & sweet flavor! Plus, this snack usually cures my sweet tooth + makes for the best “healthier dessert” ☺️
